I took my car in to be diagnosed and serviced. They took care of me, were extremely thorough and transparent in the way that they communicated which is nice because it gave me insight into how much they care about going things correctly. The best thing about this shop is that when you ask questions they give you answers that help you make informed decisions. They work quickly too. As long as you schedule an appointment they'll work as quick as they can to help you get back on the road.

Great experience working with this team. My vehicle had significant problems and they were able to get it back on the road in a timely manner. They also provided updates during the process. Very professional staff and knowledgeable mechanics.

My wife Alexus Shepherd took my dodge there and I tell you what if you are looking for good pricing, honest work, and a company that still believes in customer service then you will drop off here to have your work done. I mean what other company will let you know if you have any other issues bring it back, and.if for any reason it breaks down again call them and they'll come pick me.and the truck up. (It was electrical issues. ) Thanks BL

Had my son's truck towed on Friday, 31 Jan 26, for a bad starter. We had other maintenance done, oil leak, plugs and wires, along with a full inspection. The oil leak was from the valve covers and oil pan. All repairs w were done in a timely manor, finished late afternoon 3 Feb 26. We've had other repairs done in the past and have always been not than satisfied with B&L. We highly recommend them.
