While B&L has a good reputation overall, my experience was below their typical 5 star standards. Maybe its too much work , or maybe not enough help when i was there. They seemed a little unorganized, and behind schedule causing me an additional 1.5 hours wait at the shop for my car after they said it was nearly ready.
