Got a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle I was looking at....I had no issues with my experience...nice waiting area....coffee machine was down but aside from that I'd recommend!

Loved the energy of the shop. Front desk was very helpful. Was able to get me in on same day for inspection even though not a lot of people can. Even fixed some things I needed to pass the inspection.

B&L changed my spark plugs, flushed the fuel line and cleaned the injector. Now my car accelerates smoothly and gas mileage is much better. (50 additional miles on a full tank of gas for 2015 Camry XLE.)

While B&L has a good reputation overall, my experience was below their typical 5 star standards. Maybe its too much work , or maybe not enough help when i was there. They seemed a little unorganized, and behind schedule causing me an additional 1.5 hours wait at the shop for my car after they said it was nearly ready.
