I joined the Lexus club in 2023 with an RX350. I had been going to the dealership because I couldn’t find a repair shop that I could trust knew what they were doing and wouldn’t charge me an arm and a leg. The last time I went to the dealership, they ran off a laundry list of things that were “wrong” including an oil leak. Enter B&L…they have found NO leak whatsoever. I also went to them for my 100k service. I love that they don’t charge you for the FULL service if you don’t need it. For mine, there were tons of things that would normally be a part of the 100k service that had already been done, so they just did the services that were outstanding, which saved me HUNDREDS of dollars. They’re a little hard to get a hold of, but I am not taking Sophia anywhere else!!!

Been going to them for years and send everyone who needs auto work to them. They've been nothing but honest and have done their best to make sure I can get my car back when I need it and at a reasonable price! Liz is great and the techs always do a great job as well!

They took care of me, were extremely thorough and transparent in the way that they communicated which is nice because it gave me insight into how much they care about going things correctly. The best thing about this shop is that when you ask questions they give you answers that help you make informed decisions. They work quickly too. As long as you schedule an appointment they'll work as quick as they can to help you get back on the road.

Great experience working with this team. My vehicle had significant problems and they were able to get it back on the road in a timely manner. They also provided updates during the process. Very professional staff and knowledgeable mechanics.

My wife Alexus Shepherd took my dodge there and I tell you what if you are looking for good pricing, honest work, and a company that still believes in customer service then you will drop off here to have your work done. I mean what other company will let you know if you have any other issues bring it back, and.if for any reason it breaks down again call them and they'll come pick me.and the truck up. (It was electrical issues. ) Thanks BL
