I brought my truck in just to run a diagnostic. Besides the 2 day wait for them to do it, I understand the busy side of shops so not the biggest deal. When I went to pick up the truck, the lady at the front desks had to told me the quotes they sent for the repair after the diag was wrong and corrected it incase I wanted them to do it and printed it out for me. She explained everything thoroughly and repeatedly with no hesitation. Very helpful even when it comes to the smallest things.
