When your are new to an area it always takes awhile to sort out what businesses are good or not. Well B&L has left a very good impression on me! They inspected my vehicle and informed me of other items that either needed attention soon or in the future. They kept me informed of what was going on with my vehicle as it was being worked on and the staff was very friendly and personable. Not sure what the negative reviews of the front desk staff member were, but you can tell she grew up having big brothers. What great personality I thought! I’ve had no issues with the work they did so far. So it looks like you guys found a returning customer for my future vehicle needs.

We haven't taken our cars in yet, but I love this place (and Liz!) already. We are new to Newport News and were looking to get inspections on our cars (B&L will be doing next week) Liz was friendly & full of information to help us transition our vehicles to Virginia. Our first point of contact with Liz proved this and we look forward to joining their happy customers and having them service our cars in the future!

Extremely helpful! Very communicative and a pleasure to have service my vehicle. Helped me with a brake light that was broken and pass state inspection. They are honest people who you can rely on for help. Definitely will return to this shop!
