Awesome experience. I have taken my truck to them several times and every time they have been fast, professional and extremely helpful. Didn't try to up sell me told me what needed to be fixed right then and what could wait. They helped my wife out with my truck while I was deployed and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

I brought my car to the Ford dealer to diagnose the A/C system and was told I needed to replace the entire system at a cost of $3000.00. Not satisfied with my treatment at the un-named dealership I stopped at B&L automotive to get a second opinion. They said they will take a look at it, within an hour they had diagnosed and repaired the system for a little over $100. They’ve earned my repeat business and Ford has lost mine.

The service that I received was absolutely superb. Liz the front receptionist was so friendly and offered me ride home until my services was completed. I cannot forget Jacob either, he was wonderful. Great service and timely repairs. After having my car sit in my driveway for 8-9 months not starting I finally took it to B&L to get diagnosed and fixed. I had my car back in 3 working days. They kept me informed throughout the process which is more than most shops will do.

Our car broke down on the way home from Richmond to the Outer Banks. We limped into Newport News on a Friday at 5:00 pm, when all the auto repair places were closed -- except B&L, which were only a few blocks away. They were amazing. They found a wiring problem in nothing flat, and Liz helped us find a rental car so we could drive home while they checked the car's whole wiring system for us (RATS had been chewing on the wires!). Scott was wonderful working on the car. He showed us exactly what the problem was, it was obvious someone else had "fixed it" wrong. These folks are great. They are friendly, warm, concerned, and helpful. All their repairs are guaranteed, the guarantee is honored almost everywhere. For us, they were a lifesaver!

I brought in an old pickup hat was in need of an alignment after I performed extensive work to the suspension. B & L did a wonderful job. My truck tracks straight and true. Thanks again.
