Just had a ton of work done on my son’s car at B&L. They have always provided great service and this time was huge. Liz is amazing!! She is helpful and friendly. Outstanding. As a traveling Const Supt shops like B&L are far and few between. I would highly recommend Brad and team for any automotive service. A pleasant surprise that competent,fairly priced shop like this made me feel secure that I was in the right place.

Called on Mar 27, 2019 for a state inspection, a lady answered and said has to come early, 6:30am for state inspection. Went at 6:30 and found out they don't open till 7:30am. Also the lady was very rude, maybe having a bad day, sounds like she dont like her job or something. Well, she should not be working in a job that deals with customers then.

I've dealt with other shops that do alignment and was never satisfied with the results. I took it to B & L Automotive and they nailed it once and for all. I was told that the alignment technician had twenty years experience and it shows. Thank you B & L.

Scott is a top notch manager who gets out and get his hands dirty with the rest of his crew! Not only did they do an excellent job on my brakes, they went way above and beyond to get the truck out on time. Customer service means a lot to these folks because they are good at it! Finally, I found a shop that is as competent as they are professional! Thanks to Scott, Andrew and Liz!
