The mechanics and secretarial personnel are very pleasant and helpful. The pre-inspection summary is nice peace of mind, and if you are a diyer, it gives you a list to work on yourself.

Took our 2008 Nissan armada in for a estimate on replacing radiator. My wife and I had shopped around and priced the job. B&L gave us a great price and their customer service before and after the job was amazing. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family Thanks B&L

B&L Automotive saves the day when my engine block in my car cracked and piston rod snapped. I was on I-64 West when my car loss acceleration. I was lucky to find myself in B&L Automotive parking lot where I proceeded inside to request their services for my now inoperable vehicle. When they discovered what was wrong they immediately briefed me on my situation and ways to fix it. Once they found out the car was under warranty they instantly called the dealership to come pickup my car and enterprise to pick me up to receive a rental. The people here made a terrible experience less stressful and more manageable. Thank you for your help and services!

B&L Automotive provides great customer service and excellent care for your vehicle. My vehicle broke down while out of town and they helped me tremendously. From Liz the customer rep to Scott a technician. My truck was towed to them and fixed within three days. They even went out of their way to find a part needed at a cheaper price. If you live in the area please check them out and for military they provide a discount.
