Liz the receptionist was very nice. My car cost $238.00 to pick it up today. Nothing was solved, but they found lots of things that needed to be fixed. All I wanted to know was why my engine keeps cutting off. I came out of there with 4 new tires (bought the tires from tire rack $535), I need my seals on my differential fixed, need new windshield wipers, new bulbs for my license plate. No fix for the problem that I took it to them for. Oh and when I picked up my car they had driven it to absolutely no gas left in the engine. I have never seen the line that below the red line, and it said I had a range of 0 miles. My 8 year old son and I were lucky to make it to the gas station next door.
