I came in for a state inspection and failed due to an airbag recall. However, the front desk service manager, Liz, went completely out of her way to help me. From calling every nearby honda dealership to getting me an appointment to fix the problem, Liz was incredible and is surely an asset to B&L Automotive. 10/10.
