At least acknowledge a customer waiting at the counter. Simple “I be with you in just a moment” vice bs’ing out in the shop.

First of all Sun Downer I do apologize that you had an extended wait time at the counter during your check in. We do rotate staff for lunches, and at times there may be only one person at the service counter who may be discussing a car in the shop with another customer or technician. It’s never our mission to leave anyone unattended when they visit our location, and we offer our apologies again. I hope that you can understand that we are a family business, and the amazing customer reviews we achieve are due to the service we provide in full to each and every one of our customers. I may look into a doorbell system for the shop counter as a backup if it helps prevents future problems like this. I do appreciate each and every review we receive from our patrons, and try to make things better in every way I can. Went above and beyond for me. This is the first repair shop I found that does outstanding work at a fair price. Better then dealership. They started the work fast and keep me informed throughout the repair process. They went above and beyond for me, they reported a battery issue at the close of business, got it replaced so that I can pick it up late at night. They even took my payment over the phone. They even offered a payment plan. How awesome is that? They were so good to me, had them do more work on the car. I will always use them and will recommend everyone I know to them. Thanks B &L. I came in for a state inspection and failed due to an airbag recall. However, the front desk service manager, Liz, went completely out of her way to help me. From calling every nearby honda dealership to getting me an appointment to fix the problem, Liz was incredible and is surely an asset to B&L Automotive. 10/10.
