At least acknowledge a customer waiting at the counter. Simple “I be with you in just a moment” vice bs’ing out in the shop.
First of all Sun Downer I do apologize that you had an extended wait time at the counter during your check in. We do rotate staff for lunches, and at times there may be only one person at the service counter who may be discussing a car in the shop with another customer or technician. It’s never our mission to leave anyone unattended when they visit our location, and we offer our apologies again. I hope that you can understand that we are a family business, and the amazing customer reviews we achieve are due to the service we provide in full to each and every one of our customers. I may look into a doorbell system for the shop counter as a backup if it helps prevents future problems like this. I do appreciate each and every review we receive from our patrons, and try to make things better in every way I can.
