Not very helpful. Was informed that they could not do a mount and balance on a new set of tires I purchased because I did not buy the tires there. And that it would be dangerous for them to do so because the tires were considered "used".... So by their logic they can't work on any " used" vehicles because it might be a liability for them. Wouldn't recommend this wannabe "mom and pop" shop, if I could rate them lower I would. There you go. I'm a dude so no I didn't have any sexual encounters with your employees. Hope this clears it all up for you.
Being a professional shop we do not install used tires or tires that we do not supply/sell, and the same goes for parts. In fact we don’t even sell used tires at all. Anything we touch in the state of Virginia even if we don’t sell the product makes us physically liable. We do understand your frustration, but that’s our company policy. I am happy to hear that my employees followed our rules. As a 67 year old, 3 generation, family owned ma’ and paw shop we have learned what to do, and what not to do. Have a nice day. Sincerely, Bradley Brown, Owner
