I needed same day service to install a hitch. They got me in without any hassle. They weren't sure how long it would take so they gave me an estimate and said they would call if it would take more time. It did end up taking an extra half hour but they called me first to make sure that was ok with me. They run a clean shop with no BS and fair prices. I have a lot of other shops closer to me but I will happily drive to them for more service.

The staff is very friendly and will text or call you when your vehicle is ready. They are pretty quick on getting a vehicle repaired. Have gone to them acouple time and have had no problems with them at all. Would highly recommend this place!

Not very helpful. Was informed that they could not do a mount and balance on a new set of tires I purchased because I did not buy the tires there. And that it would be dangerous for them to do so because the tires were considered "used".... So by their logic they can't work on any " used" vehicles because it might be a liability for them. Wouldn't recommend this wannabe "mom and pop" shop, if I could rate them lower I would. There you go. I'm a dude so no I didn't have any sexual encounters with your employees. Hope this clears it all up for you.

Being a professional shop we do not install used tires or tires that we do not supply/sell, and the same goes for parts. In fact we don’t even sell used tires at all. Anything we touch in the state of Virginia even if we don’t sell the product makes us physically liable. We do understand your frustration, but that’s our company policy. I am happy to hear that my employees followed our rules. As a 67 year old, 3 generation, family owned ma’ and paw shop we have learned what to do, and what not to do. Have a nice day. Clean shop. I came in because my check engine light came on and they figured out what was wrong with it and fixed the problem. They were very proficient and diligent in repairing my car. They are my go to auto repair shop.

B&L Automotive provides great customer service and excellent care for your vehicle. My vehicle broke down while out of town and they helped me tremendously. From Liz the customer rep to Scott a technician. My truck was towed to them and fixed within three days. They even went out of their way to find a part needed at a cheaper price. If you live in the area please check them out and for military they provide a discount.

At least acknowledge a customer waiting at the counter. Simple “I be with you in just a moment” vice bs’ing out in the shop.

First of all Sun Downer I do apologize that you had an extended wait time at the counter during your check in. We do rotate staff for lunches, and at times there may be only one person at the service counter who may be discussing a car in the shop with another customer or technician. It’s never our mission to leave anyone unattended when they visit our location, and we offer our apologies again. I hope that you can understand that we are a family business, and the amazing customer reviews we achieve are due to the service we provide in full to each and every one of our customers. I may look into a doorbell system for the shop counter as a backup if it helps prevents future problems like this. I do appreciate each and every review we receive from our patrons, and try to make things better in every way I can. Went above and beyond for me. This is the first repair shop I found that does outstanding work at a fair price. Better then dealership. They started the work fast and keep me informed throughout the repair process. They went above and beyond for me, they reported a battery issue at the close of business, got it replaced so that I can pick it up late at night. They even took my payment over the phone. They even offered a payment plan. How awesome is that? They were so good to me, had them do more work on the car. I will always use them and will recommend everyone I know to them. Thanks B &L.
