Took our 2008 Nissan armada in for a estimate on replacing radiator. My wife and I had shopped around and priced the job. B&L gave us a great price and their customer service before and after the job was amazing. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family Thanks B&L

The facility is first rate. Brad graciously allowed Ross from the Hybrid Shop in Virginia Beach to swap out my failed 2007 Toyota Prius hybrid battery pack with a newly rebuilt unit at B&L at no extra cost to me. This saved me a long trip and towing expenses to get the car from my home in Gloucester to Virginia Beach. Thanks to Brad, Ross and B&L for working together to help me out. I definitely will be a B&L regular customer in the future as it is only a short drive from Gloucester. The facility is first rate and the waiting room, if needed, is large, comfortable and stocked with good coffee! Thanks to Liz for handling all the arrangements.

Friendly, helpful and professional. Great shop, clean waiting area, friendly staff and fast service too! I was late (oops!) with getting my car inspected, but they worked me in and saved me from getting a ticket!

Costs are high in my opinion.

Liz the receptionist was very nice. My car cost $238.00 to pick it up today. Nothing was solved, but they found lots of things that needed to be fixed. All I wanted to know was why my engine keeps cutting off. I came out of there with 4 new tires (bought the tires from tire rack $535), I need my seals on my differential fixed, need new windshield wipers, new bulbs for my license plate. No fix for the problem that I took it to them for. Oh and when I picked up my car they had driven it to absolutely no gas left in the engine. I have never seen the line that below the red line, and it said I had a range of 0 miles. My 8 year old son and I were lucky to make it to the gas station next door.

I needed same day service to install a hitch. They got me in without any hassle. They weren't sure how long it would take so they gave me an estimate and said they would call if it would take more time. It did end up taking an extra half hour but they called me first to make sure that was ok with me. They run a clean shop with no BS and fair prices. I have a lot of other shops closer to me but I will happily drive to them for more service.
