I had waited until the last minute to get my car inspection done, and I was calling around to find a shop.. When I called B&L yesterday, they told me they were busy, but if I came in today around 7:20 AM, I’d probably be in and out in an hour, barring any issues, and they were right on the money. The staff was friendly, and they gave me quotes on other services I asked about with no pressure about getting anything done right away. They have earned a new customer.

Love this place. Liz at the front is such a sweetie and they are really informative about the services and processes involved. Definitely recommended if you care about your car and safety. Got my car inspected and fixed up in 2 hours and the wait went by quickly.

Very helpful! I went to the dealer for the repair but again I returned to B&L because I knew they would provide us with the service we needed. We will continue to get our vehicles serviced at this location.

Liz was so helpful and friendly to my husband and I after 1) trying to track down a place to get my hubby's car inspected and then 2) having to fix my window mechanisms after it broke suddenly! 😂 Liz made us feel comfortable, confident, and taken care of as she searched for the best deals on the parts we needed. I always have a good experience here. Friendly staff and take there time with you especially when you know nothing about cars. I also love that they send emails of the results of your car. Awesome place to take your car.

Our family was traveling from MA and we got into an accident on the last day of our trip. The car was not safe to drive. B&L was open on Saturday afternoon near where we were driving. Liz was great and took good care of us. We had to wait until Monday for the repair because they were closed Sunday. They did a great job fixing our car so we could get home. They were kind and honest and asked a very fair price for parts and labor. We are very grateful for their good service!!! PS - don't believe Yelp!

Today was my first visit at B&L! It was recommended to me by a friend. Even though I heard good things, I am always worried when leaving my vehicle in the hands of someone I don't know. I scheduled an oil change and state inspection. The work was completed very quickly, and Liz at the front desk was super helpful and friendly! She recommended services and let me know what special deals were going on without pressuring me into making any decision. They even emailed me photos of my vehicle during the inspection process with a detailed check list! I will definitely be back in the future! Thank you for your work, great customer service, and attention to detail.

Well organized well trained well staffed ..... this automotive business is the one that gets the work done and done quickly..... Liz and Vinnie was always in touch keeping me updated and when the warranty people try to play around they had my back ...... so if you want a place that doesn’t give you the run around and has your back and keeps in touch with you about all things that’s going on with your vehicle this is the shop ...... These guys are the best!! The dealership had my car for almost 3 weeks and they told me they couldn't find the problem. After going to 2 other mechanic shop, i was referred to go to B&L Automotive. To make a long story short, they work with me through thick and thin, they got the job done(even through dodge dealership off Jefferson ave) try to take the credit, but i would recommend any and everybody to take your vehicle to B&L Automotive!!
