Went above and beyond for me. This is the first repair shop I found that does outstanding work at a fair price. Better then dealership. They started the work fast and keep me informed throughout the repair process. They went above and beyond for me, they reported a battery issue at the close of business, got it replaced so that I can pick it up late at night. They even took my payment over the phone. They even offered a payment plan. How awesome is that? They were so good to me, had them do more work on the car. I will always use them and will recommend everyone I know to them. Thanks B &L. I came in for a state inspection and failed due to an airbag recall. However, the front desk service manager, Liz, went completely out of her way to help me. From calling every nearby honda dealership to getting me an appointment to fix the problem, Liz was incredible and is surely an asset to B&L Automotive. 10/10.
