This afternoon I was informed you were contacted in regards to the original repair where the multitude of codes you had with your transmission were all taken care of except for one intermittent code you're still experiencing. It is also to my understanding that we have made an appointment for the additional repairs needed to correct the remaining issue. We hate shady used car sales as much as you, and hence the depth of the issues they disguise. Our goal is and always will be to handle our customers with top priority, and provide the service we are known for.
