I usually go to B&L when I need car work done. Recently I went to B&L for new rotor pads on my front tires. At first I thought B&L was honest and fair. But within 2 weeks my tires were shimming. I was driving down I-64 and it sounded like I had a flat and the left wheel was shaking and making horrible grinding noises. When I got out to check, at least three of the tire lug nuts were so loose on the front right tire. I could take them off and put them on with my hand. I managed to drive to a Pep Boys that was close by. The technician checked all the tire lug nuts. The front two tires had not been put on properly and were extremely loose. They tightened them for me and told me I was extremely lucky that the tires did not come off while I was driving. This was so scary for me and I was scared for others that may have had similar service since someone there does not know what they are doing and/or there is a lack of safety checks before a vehicle is returned. I called the manager to tell him what happened and he asked that I bring the car in to get checked. They took the car back and when the manager came back he said they were checking to see if there was any additional damage and there was not. All he could do was apologize. That was it!! I could have been killed. I guess I expected more than an apology but that was it. I told him that he just lost a customer and I would not be coming back. Be careful if you go to B&L for anything to do with brakes, rotors, or tires.

I am currently in the process of reviewing all of our shop cameras to see if strict protocols were not followed for the installation of the wheels and tires. We take our customers safety as our number one concern, and would never take this type of problem lightly.
