Fantastic customer service, they run you through all the things happening with your car with pictures of all of it, there is no blind bs here. Also the shuttle service is fantastic, I couldn't get a ride to get my car back so I called and they sent someone to get me and they arrived within 10 minutes.

These guys are great! I needed a ride so that I could pick up my car and they sent someone to take me there. When I got my car and started driving, it sounded like it was new and I didn't even have any engine repairs! I will be bringing in my other cars to have serviced so that I can get rid of the strange engine sounds they have as well. Hopefully they can work the same magic they did with this car. And I have no doubts that they will!

Super good customer service, super in-depth inspection, and super good presentation. They even fixed the car with the actual, cheaper fix, rather than recommend some b.s. expensive fix to something that wasn't broken! The only thing that bugged me a bit was the time it took-- I actually had no issues with the amount of time (that just proves quality work). The small issue was just that it took longer than the estimated amount of time that they said. Just a word for the wise, if I were you, I'd bring a charger for your phone, or a laptop (their waiting lobby is pretty nice).

I brought my car to b&l after buying a used car. I was having transmission issues and when I initially came in for my repair my problems weren't completely solved. Darin and his crew then went above and beyond in trying to figure out my issue and went out of their way to ensure that I left a happy customer. I can honestly say I've never received better service elsewhere, and will recommend everyone I know to them for any type of car repair. Thanks guys

As always, pleased with the service and support from the staff. B&L is where I get all of my vehicles serviced. Recently needed additional repairs. It sucks to shell out money on an old car; however, I am certain that I got what I needed at a fair price. I am very satisfied with the service and staff at B&L!

Went there for the state inspection. It took less than 40 min. The personnel is really friendly and helpful. They gave me a list of necessary works for passing inspection as well as their recommendation for further improvements. I had to change a tire and clean the headlights. The repair took less than one and a half hours. And the total price was about one third/quarter cheaper than in several other places I've visited before. Definitely recommended.
