These guys are the best!! The dealership had my car for almost 3 weeks and they told me they couldn't find the problem. After going to 2 other mechanic shop, i was referred to go to B&L Automotive. To make a long story short, they work with me through thick and thin, they got the job done(even through dodge dealership off Jefferson ave) try to take the credit, but i would recommend any and everybody to take your vehicle to B&L Automotive!! Kudos to you!! #customer4life

Great customer service! Came in on a Thursday needing my ac fixed asap they got me in on Friday and found the simple issue was only a blown fuse. Very grateful for them being able to get me in as quick as they did every one else told me the following week. Thanks for your great service!

Customer service is fantastic here! Liz was really nice and assisted me in finding fair prices for a new tire to complete my state inspection. The shop is very clean and I was comfortable while waiting. I will definitely come back for future car repairs.

I was on travel for work when my car broke down on 64 E. Fortunately, the tow truck took me to B&L Automotive because it was closer to my hotel than other options. Scott and Liz were sympathetic, and Liz asked a mechanic to come in on his day off to take care of me. Although it looked like I might be stuck in Newport News longer than I had planned, they repaired my car in time for me to leave Friday morning. The car is running fine now. They certainly did their best to keep an expensive repair as inexpensive as possible, and I appreciated their efforts .

Trustworthy group here. I had an experience with a big box store giving me the run around. I went to B&L and they were very honest and even took me in the garage to show me the issue needing work. They didn't give me a hard time for doing my own work and were willing to help any way needed. Will definitely continue going here.

Welcoming atmosphere and the service was really quick. The web portal containing maintenance information about my car is a big plus and the text I received informing me when my service was complete was awesome.

This is my favorite place to have all my families cars repaired. Every visit we get the best treatment, and their customer service has always been awesome. I wouldn't trust anyone else when it comes to this family business and the years of service they have provided to our entire family. We are pro America and Pro small business!! I'll also add that I send my friends to them as well, and each one shares the same similar response as my family does. Just a great place to go.......

Good work. The price on the tires was a good price. Overall I paid a little more than say Walmart but I will gladly pay a little more for good work. Good work is exactly what I got!
