Amazing experience with B&L! Looking to buy a new car and had them check it out for me. Chris was great to work with and kept me informed throughout the process. They really went above and beyond to ensure the car was in good shape even spraying down the top to ensure there were no leaks on the retractible roof. Do not hesitate to use B&L Automotive!

B&L took a lot time to try and figure out what was wrong with our car. They didn't try and just replace unnecessary parts. They were honest and worked very diligently to provide us with the best service. We were very satisfied with our service.

I was passing through, on a business trip in Norfolk then DC and my truck broke down. I pulled off I64 and was just going to pull off and use my phone to find a place to get her looked at. So happened I pulled into B&L. They were able to fit me in without an appointment, diagnose the bad wheel bearings, get the parts and get me back on the road. I really appreciate the professional service, excellent work, honesty and helping me out.

My fiancee and I just took her car to be inspected/repaired here. We are both very impressed and satisfied with the speed and quality of the service as well as the cost. We live in Williamsburg but B&L was better and less expensive than any of the shops we've been to up there. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover there was a warranty on some of the parts and services we needed. Overall it was a great experience and we are very happy to have found a mechanic we can trust. We will definitely be back!

Very friendly, helpful staff. They really care about the safety of your vehicle. All jobs appear to come with a "courtesy" safety inspection where they show you what items are in good condition and point out what items need service and which ones will need service soon. But they don't push these on you to make an extra buck. Some services seem a little pricey, but most appear to come with some sort of labor and/or parts warranty. I'd recommend this place if you want to really be sure that your vehicle is running as safely as possible.

I went here because I saw they had great reviews and they lived up to that. Went to get my car inspected, my tie rod was loose so they checked it out and tightened it for me and didn't charge me anything for tightening it. Most places would rack your tab up for something even so small. Truly good nice people with great customer service there

Every time I come into this automotive shop they have been exceptionally helpful, friendly, cost is reasonable, and they have been more than willing to help me at the last second with large and small issues I have had with my vehicles. This shop is fantastic in every way! It has been a few tries finding an automotive shop since moving here and this one has earned my loyalty indefinitely.

So hard to find an honest, independent family owned business anymore. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They take the time to explain everything and follow through with their promises. Don't go to a corporate chain, or dealer. Save your money and keep it local by going here.

Went there for an oil change. The service was great. Brad was very friendly. They have a very nice waiting room with coffee available. Would recommend going here for business. They also offer 10% discount to military.
