I don't think you should ever answer the phone in a snobby voice when I ask if they could give me a quote and say you usually don't do that and then proceed to ask " what's up, what do you need" so unprofessional.

I literally just called to ask a simple question and the man hung up on me when I said I didn't want to make an appointment. I haven't even been to this shop before and I already know the service is bad and rude. Won't recommend it.

Brought vehicle in due to check engine light. When called back and told it was fixed, got in vehicle and light was still on.

Outstanding. Very good customer service- the employees are very nice and informative. Good quality of work, although my only experience with B&L so far has been for oil changes.

Excellent. I am new to Newport News and being a woman I am always unsure about where to take my car. Lynn who works at the front desk is very knowledgeable about her job and that made me feel well taken care of. The level of serice,quality and telling me the time when my car would be finished was first class. I will definitely be returning to B&L and I thank Darin for taking the time to explain the life time warranty on the parts. I was very pleased and thankful to them for a great job well done!
