Had my car in for an alternator replacement when I got it back suddenly a radiator hose was snapped off with coolant spewing everywhere. Employee tried to tell me it was already broken when brought in. Then tried to suck another $200 out of me to fix it. Oh yeah the alternator that they used was $1,025 for an alternator ?

We understand you're frustrated with them, and your budget is extremely tight. We do very through courtesy inspections on each car that contains pictures as to prevent, and to notify customers of any and all problems such as these thus eliminating false accusations of current issues. This detailed information was shown to you, explained in detail, and I can reassure you that this problem was not caused by our technicians. Again, that being said, we are very sorry we see these types of shady used car dealers problems come through our shop so often, and feel sorry that we can't do more to stop them from the type of businesses they run. But, we can control our automotive repair business, and we are sorry you feel the need to respond negatively to our company online.
