Quality Care. I found this place on google and gave it a try because of the good reviews and I am glad i did .I got informed right away that my wait time will be 1-2 hours.The free courtesy check they offer is great (they ask you beforehand). I really appreciate it to not be pushed into a sale. The staff was overall really friendly and helpful

Had my car in for an alternator replacement when I got it back suddenly a radiator hose was snapped off with coolant spewing everywhere. Employee tried to tell me it was already broken when brought in. Then tried to suck another $200 out of me to fix it. Oh yeah the alternator that they used was $1,025 for an alternator ?

Good morning Khalique, we are sorry that you are having a bad experience with a questionable car you just recently purchased from a used car dealership with a multitude of problems. We understand you're frustrated with them, and your budget is extremely tight. Our service team even offered you the Car Car One Financing application to help you finance the necessary repairs, but obviously we hold no control over the fact that you were turned down by their company. We do very through courtesy inspections on each car that contains pictures as to prevent, and to notify customers of any and all problems such as these thus eliminating false accusations of current issues. This detailed information was shown to you, explained in detail, and I can reassure you that this problem was not caused by our technicians. Again, that being said, we are very sorry we see these types of shady used car dealers problems come through our shop so often, and feel sorry that we can't do more to stop them from the type of businesses they run. But, we can control our automotive repair business, and we are sorry you feel the need to respond negatively to our company online. We certainly want to help you get all of these problems resolved, are willing to help you with all of them as we explained, and we certainly care about all of our customers! These guys are great! I needed a ride so that I could pick up my car and they sent someone to take me there. When I got my car and started driving, it sounded like it was new and I didn't even have any engine repairs! I will be bringing in my other cars to have serviced so that I can get rid of the strange engine sounds they have as well. Hopefully they can work the same magic they did with this car. And I have no doubts that they will!

My car is humming along. B&L Automotive was a refreshing experience for anyone dreading that trip to a automotive technician. Upon arrival I was greeted and engaged. They display a healthy depiction of teamwork amongst themselves and towards us as the customer. They treated us like family and kept us informed with the health and conditions of my car. Now although the price may not be the brightest, the quality of work done upon the car was truly noticeable and is high in quality. When I left, I was actually able to feel the difference which left me feeling even more confident as I left their house of repairs. Chris, Bud, and Darryl were a pleasure to make acquaintances with and if I ever need assistance and I'm financially capable, I will definitely bring my business back to them. Thanks you guys

We are on our way to DC when our TPMS light came on with out the tire pressure light. This was concerning since we still had about a 3 hour drive to go. We pulled off the interstate at Fort Eustis only to find B&L right there. We asked if they would take a look. They said no tire punctures, no pressure issues. The TPMS system has batteries, and it was likely one of those. Nothing to worry about for our trip and NO CHARGE! In and out in under 30 minutes.

Amazing. To please take their car for whatever service they needed. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of and I was very comfortable with all the information that was given to me. Especially since I was already aware of the extra things that needed to be checked and the cost which was also confirmed to the penny. Very nice, thank you for telling the truth.

I brought my car to b&l after buying a used car. I was having transmission issues and when I initially came in for my repair my problems weren't completely solved. Darin and his crew then went above and beyond in trying to figure out my issue and went out of their way to ensure that I left a happy customer. I can honestly say I've never received better service elsewhere, and will recommend everyone I know to them for any type of car repair. Thanks guys
