Great customer service! I received a comprehensive walkthrough of my cars needs. My original appointment had to be rescheduled due to them being overbooked. They graciously extended a $20 discount to me and rescheduled me at a convenient time. I will continue to take my car here based on the service alone.

Very professional and quick service. I went in for a routine oil change and state inspection, and they were able to get the car back to me in no time at all. I also was thankful not to get the run-around of "well it looks like this or that really needs to get done, but it'll be an extra so-and-so amount of money". It definitely feels like a place you can trust.

They were fair and honest about all of my estimates before the work. And when my 99 Buick was going to cost way too much to keep on the road, they said to me to get rid of it and buy new because it simply was not worth it to try and fix it. I really appreciate that kind of honesty.

As soon as I walked in I was taken care of. I greeted by Denise who was very courtesy and kind. The whole staff were just so pleasant which was very refreshing. They were able to get my car in and saved me $$$ from unjustified repairs that were written up during a state inspection from another auto shop. I am very thankful to this crew. Now, I can drive home to see my family for Christmas without worry!! :-)

Awesome service! Everyone is so friendly and personable. This is the main reason I prefer to go to "non-chain" mechanics. Took my truck in for an unknown problem and Bud had it diagnosed and fixed in under 2 hours. Won't charge you an arm and a leg and will actually take time to explain everything to you so that you understand what the problem was and what they did to fix it. I love this place and will only bring my vehicles to B&L for anything I need done.

Scott, I know some won't take the time to read the response to your review, but I hope that most will. With reviews like yours it truly reminds us of the hard work we put in daily to earn our customers business. Not only do we want to earn your business, but we want to serve you as our customer better than anyone else has in the industry. The initial phone call was inviting. I can't remember her name has excellent service. She handled everything perfectly. Now when it came down to the mechanic. I believe his name is James. It seems like he doesn't let nothing beat him. I've have terrible time with the wiring in my truck. But they fixed it. I could not be happier. Pockets a little lighter, but definitely not as expensive as if I went to the stealership. If I had the funds to let them work on my truck all the time. They would definitely be the place to go. Great service and great business.

I initially came to B&L because it was close to my house, but I keep going back because of the exceptional customer service. Everyone here is so nice, and so helpful. I really feel like they have the best interests of our cars in mind. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is functioning correctly, and always take the time to do a thorough inspection regardless of what I initially took the vehicle in for. I honestly had never been to a mechanic that seemed to actually want to make sure my car keeps running for many years until I came here!
