I brought my car to B&L because they were open on Saturdays and I didn't want to take time off work to have elective work done on my car. They were up front about cost before starting, it was pretty reasonable. They ran into a snag when removing the original o2 sensor in my stock downpipe, as it broke completely off (this happens all thr time and was not their fault). They couldn't get me another one until 5 days later so I called around and ended up driving an hour each way to pick it up. I got back 45 minutes from closing and they ended up staying an hour and a half after close just to finish my car. They really did go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Another thing I appreciate is that they let me come out and would show me certain things on my vehicle. I'm particular and like to be involved in anything related to my car so this was very nice. Furthermore, they email you a breakdown of where your car is at for maintenance with embedded pictures of all of your maintenance related items (tires, brakes, fluids, etc..). I haven't seen shops do anything like this and it was pretty cool. Overall great job and I would recommend bringing your car there for maintenance repair or installation of performance parts.
