First time going to this shop and it was great:) was welcomed and felt like they truly wanted to help me with my car. The man who helped me was named Darin. I would recommend anyone to go back to this shop :)

I won't go anywhere but here. Not only do I trust these guys with my car but the customer service is great! They always do their best to get me taken care of as quick as possible.

The whole place is on point. Fast service, great knowledge, and the workers are very friendly behind the desk and in the shop. Best experience I have had at an auto mechanic. Highly recommend

The service was excellent! A friendly environment to say the least. My car was repaired quick, fast, and correct. They also explained in detail and showed me the problem with no hesitation.

I came in this evening with my 2 year old son for a state inspection and oil change. The front desk was more than welcoming. Their waiting area was clean and well stocked with a Keurig that offered tea, hot chocolate and mini marshmallows, and coffee with creamer and sugar. My only complaint was that they are a bit pricier than what I am used to, however, they are convenient and it didn't take them too long to complete the work. Also, what I definitely appreciated was the fact that they didn't "find" any extra work that "needed" to be completed prior to passing my state inspection. I believe you pay for whatever service and customer service you expect, so I personally didn't mind the prices. I can really appreciate simple customer service and a well-running car to drive around. I would recommend these guys to anybody.

Had four of my cars serviced and worked on by B&L and had no problems. Always up front and they do a great job. Are there cheaper places you can go? Sure. But if you want your car to actually work, take it to B&L.

Denise is awesome. Great customer service. Not many repair shops have a shuttle Service but B and L does. Very nice people and my jeep was fixed in one day thank you!

Great service, fair prices, and provided pictures and quotes before any work was started. Deneise and Derrick were knowledgeable and straight forward. Best automotive shop I have ever seen.

Very amazing first experience. Was told everything that was wrong and how it was going to be fixed. Couldn't be happier. Definitely would recommend b and l to anyone that needs service done on there vehicle!
