First time customer and I didn't know what to except. With bad service with other places I needed to find a new auto place and I am glad I gave B & L a try. I will be a repeat customer. They are Very knowledgeable, with great customer care, and a wonderful staff. Up to date with technology where they email you a report with repairs and pictures so you can look over what needs to be repaired now and later. Very organized. 5 stars with out a doubt! I'm telling all family and friends to go to B&L automotive.

Absolutely the best customer service, fast and quality work. A place to be trusted for any automotive work you may need done. I had used them before a couple of times and they did great work then. I returned today to get a state inspection. It was the only day I had left to get it done this month with the holiday season. I didnt think they would get to it today because I brought it in late afternoon. Sure enough they had it done in no time. Made my Christmas much less stressful. I will be getting all my oil changes and future repairs done here. It is so hard to find good trusting mechanics anymore. This is the place to come to.

I use B&L regularly for my oil changed and have always had great service. I'm always in and out in a timely manner and the staff are all very polite. Today on my way out to work I had a blow out and pulled right in! They ordered tires for me and addressed several other issues the car had going on. I definitely recommend this shop to friends and coworkers. They'll have my business for as long as they're open!

Went in for an alignment to ensure my expensive new tires will last and ware evenly. Left with peace of mind. Been driving around for about a week now and the truck drives straight and has much smoother breaking feel. Very confidence inspiring with all the weather happening in Virginia.

Great customer service! I received a comprehensive walkthrough of my cars needs. My original appointment had to be rescheduled due to them being overbooked. They graciously extended a $20 discount to me and rescheduled me at a convenient time. I will continue to take my car here based on the service alone.

Very professional and quick service. I went in for a routine oil change and state inspection, and they were able to get the car back to me in no time at all. I also was thankful not to get the run-around of "well it looks like this or that really needs to get done, but it'll be an extra so-and-so amount of money". It definitely feels like a place you can trust.
