I am new to the area. So I found this place on the Internet. I'm glad that I did...Denise and Bud were awesome!!! I truly appreciate their customer service. As long as we are stationed here, I will be back for future services. Thanks again for looking out for military families.

They were fair and honest about all of my estimates before the work. And when my 99 Buick was going to cost way too much to keep on the road, they said to me to get rid of it and buy new because it simply was not worth it to try and fix it. I really appreciate that kind of honesty.

As soon as I walked in I was taken care of. I greeted by Denise who was very courtesy and kind. The whole staff were just so pleasant which was very refreshing. They were able to get my car in and saved me $$$ from unjustified repairs that were written up during a state inspection from another auto shop. I am very thankful to this crew. Now, I can drive home to see my family for Christmas without worry!! :-)

Quick update, we went back to B & L on 12/14/15 and were extremely satisfied once again! They went above and beyond to find a tricky part for my truck...thanks so much! The team at B&L conducted a state inspection on my car and were timely, professional, and informative. Awesome service! Everyone is so friendly and personable. This is the main reason I prefer to go to "non-chain" mechanics. Took my truck in for an unknown problem and Bud had it diagnosed and fixed in under 2 hours. Won't charge you an arm and a leg and will actually take time to explain everything to you so that you understand what the problem was and what they did to fix it. I love this place and will only bring my vehicles to B&L for anything I need done.

Scott, I know some won't take the time to read the response to your review, but I hope that most will. With reviews like yours it truly reminds us of the hard work we put in daily to earn our customers business. Not only do we want to earn your business, but we want to serve you as our customer better than anyone else has in the industry. If your not telling everyone about your experience, speaking highly to your friends and neighbors about us, and referring new customers we have failed. As an owner I'm so proud of my team! It all starts with being selective, and only hiring people who believe in the big picture & our strong fundamental values. We as a team have a complete desire to break the mold when it comes to automotive repair, and there's nothing better than walking into "our business" (staff included) in the morning to congratulate everyone on a job well done. The initial phone call was inviting. I can't remember her name has excellent service. She handled everything perfectly. Now when it came down to the mechanic. I believe his name is James. It seems like he doesn't let nothing beat him. I've have terrible time with the wiring in my truck. But they fixed it. I could not be happier. Pockets a little lighter, but definitely not as expensive as if I went to the stealership. If I had the funds to let them work on my truck all the time. They would definitely be the place to go. Great service and great business.

I initially came to B&L because it was close to my house, but I keep going back because of the exceptional customer service. Everyone here is so nice, and so helpful. I really feel like they have the best interests of our cars in mind. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is functioning correctly, and always take the time to do a thorough inspection regardless of what I initially took the vehicle in for. I honestly had never been to a mechanic that seemed to actually want to make sure my car keeps running for many years until I came here!

Good prices and great customer service. Big clean waiting area and bathroom had a changing table which I appreciate having two kids. The owner was very honest and friendly. Will definitely be returning for any further work that needs to be done to my car. I recommend this place to everyone.

Excellent service performed in a timely and professional manner. When our trucks brakes went out B&L was able to fit us right into their busy schedule and had everything fixed up and back to us on time and for the low end of the estimated cost. I love B&L. I'm not originally from the area, but go to school around here. I originally went searching for an auto repair shop when I had to get my car inspected last January, and was immediately impressed by the excellent customer service and the waiting area. I have since returned to B&L for an oil change and a tire change and alignment. I've never had any complaints with the service and am always so impressed by the employees. The check in desk is very welcoming and they go out of their way to make you comfortable while they service your car. Thank you!
