As soon as I walked into B&L, I was impressed by the professional appearance of the business and the friendliness of the employees. The waiting area is very comfortable, which is a bonus if you have to wait there while they work on your car. I've never been to an automotive shop that takes photos of your car and emails them to you. This was a pleasant surprise. I love that I was given a tour of the shop, and was told I can even watch as they work on my car! That showed me that they're honest people-- and they must be if they've been around for 63 years. I'd definitely recommend my family/friends to B&L, and I look forward to my next visit there.

Efficient, professional, and friendly. A friend told me about B&L how friendly the service was how they made her feel like she was apart of the service she was getting. My first visit was hands on and when I got the repairs done on the car they went over everything they did and showed me the parts that were replaced. I continue to go back because I feel this is the only place I really trust and believe in....Thanks guys!!!

I had a great experience at B&L. The Staff is always respectful. I started taking my truck in 2013 when I bought my brand new Frontier. I just get the oil changed, fulid top off, and tire rotation. They have a very nice waiting area and the owner even let me take my dog inside because it was extremely hot outside. I felt like I was at home at B&L. To top everything off of an already great experience, the owner Brad now frequents my place of work (Cinco de Mayo Mexican Restaurant) because he believes in supporting the community, especially mom and pop shops. Thank you B&L.

Friendly and helpful. I would tell them how friendly the staff is. How Darrin goes the extra mile to help the customer, and how honest and fair everyone that works there is. This is the first time I have gone to any type of automobile shop and as a female I don't feel taken advantage of.

Great customer service. great professional service crew. Remind me of the military, it more about doing the job right , not trying to sell extras. The pictures of the car is a great benefits.
