Zac, you have no picture or profile information, but like any possible customer I would invite you to contact us with whatever problem you may have had and we will always make it right. We will also go one step further, and research our database to see if we even have a customer with your said name if a record exists. Google reviews aren't fake, and as a matter of fact they are some of the most trusted reviews in the industry. Our 63 years in business, and our wonderful customers all speak for themselves. Friendly and helpful. I have trusted my vehicles and my children's vehicles to B&L for sometime. They are friendly and always go the extra mile to meet our needs. Their service is almost always spot on and if by chance they missed the mark, which desn't happen often, they have always and without question made it right. I walked in for this servce thinking I needed a Brake System Master Cylinder and stated so. Many repair shops would have just done it and charged me the $400 - $600 repair cost. Darren and his team checked the breaks and determined there was water in the system. A simple Brake System flush and $140 later and my brakes were like new.

As soon as I walked in I was taken care of. I greeted by Denise who was very courtesy and kind. The whole staff were just so pleasant which was very refreshing. They were able to get my car in and saved me $$$ from unjustified repairs that were written up during a state inspection from another auto shop. I am very thankful to this crew. Now, I can drive home to see my family for Christmas without worry!! :-)
