Accomodating. They were very accommodating! I loved that there was a waiting area with comfortable seats. Complimentary coffee tastes so good! I got there before 4 pm (walk-in) and they still did their best to accommodate me. Their staff was very friendly! I will definitely go back and refer them to friends... They saved my day.....

Prices aren't competitive, customer service was insulting and repeatedly tried pushing work that didn't need done. I promise there are more deserving garages to take your car to.

Very Pleased. I was very pleased to see that B&L was very honest with me. They did not replace parts that I thought were bad. They inspected and said no replacement necessary. They could have inflated my charges very easily, but they didn`t. Honesty is hard to find with any service provider. Thank you for your honest service!

Best. B+L is by far the best auto service center I have ever dealt with. Their honesty and integrity are without a doubt the best. I have an older car but due to their outstanding work and attention it runs like new. Thanks to Darin and the entire service crew for making every experience at B+L a great one. They definitely have a customer for life and I would highly recommend them to anyone for maintenance and repairs. You can't go wrong with B+L.

I came in right when they opened for my vehicle inspection. Of course my expectations were low, because I knew that my chances of being out of there in a timely manner (or having it done at all) were slim to none, as it was the last day of the month (yikes!). The inspection gods were on my side..I was out of there in 90 minutes and they even did a courtesy inspection for my check engine light. The staff was great and made me feel like I was welcome, I am blown away after reading the other reviews. The customers seen before me seemed happy with the work done, too. They made me aware of current promotions and tips to help save a buck or two. I have no reason not to come back for further maintenance, plus their coffee game is on point.
