What impress me most was the transparency and honesty. I went in thinking a had one issue and was prepared to pay a far more substantial amount than I ended up having to. The tech was upfront and forthcoming about what the problem was and once the business side of things were worked out they delivered my vehicle a day early. They could've easily taken my money but decided not to and to be transparent and honest. Those type of morals will always allow for me to do business with them.

Hands down the best mechanic shop in the entire Hampton Roads area!!!!! Liz and Brian are so amazing. The owner Brad is great, and they are honest with your vehicle. Everything costs the same for everyone. So don't be afraid to take your higher end vehicles there! Tell them William sent you 😊 ✌🏼 Costco members get a discount and most parts are warrantied as well!!!!!

B&L staff was very professional, thorough with sound advice. Kept me informed on status of vehicle while repairs were being made and also going over any findings that were needed.

Brad (owner) knows his stuff and was able to get the car diagnosed quickly so that the necessary repairs could be made. Liz (front office) kept me informed and ensured that the car was ready as soon as possible. While no one wants to suffer an engine failure, Brad and Liz made the process efficient and less painful. A replacement alternator was installed and the car is back on the road again.

Came in for state inspection. Ended up needing brake pads and rotors replaced. I was in the shop from 8:10am-10:30ish so whole interaction was complete in a little over 2hrs. Price could be lower. Price quoted ($474) did not disclose credit card fee or $50 “supply charge”. Paid $560+ inspection parts labor and all fees included. Ending on a positive note lady at the desk did give me an extra sausage biscuit while I waited.

Mrs. Liz is awesome and the whole crew is super helpful! I had my car done there quite few times ! They have affordable prices that you just can’t beat ! Plus the incentives they offer if you purchase a warranty on your part ! Definitely has saved me a few times
