I had no complaints, left work early to try and see if I could get my car inspected on a Friday. As soon as I got there they were able to take care of me at that very moment. My car had shown an issue with the airbag according to the dash warning light and of course they were going to have to diagnose it, a cost I wasn't prepared for but knew that it was necessary. But when they found out that there wasn't an issue they didn't charge me the diagnostic fee. I left their place with a passed inspection and received courteous service, along with suggestions to maintenance that they saw that will need to be done in the future without any pressure of having to have it done immediately.
