Was amazed at how willing they were to help both me and my boyfriend , which only I had an appt with my car. Even with many cars in the back and people in the waiting room they made us feel like we were their only customers !

First time using B and L and was completely satisfied with the service I received. I'm new to the area and this place was recommended by two co-workers. The front desk was staffed by a extremely friendly and professional person. I had inspection, oil change and tire rotation done. I called in the morning and they said they would try and fit me in. They did.

These guys are like family, and have always provided the best service. Darin the service manager is always nice, and takes the time to explain everything in detail. There has been a few occasions where I didnt understand the repairs that were needed, but Darin took the extra time to show me a little video to help put my mind at ease about the repair. Made total sense afterwards, and it really saved me from major repairs in the future that would have been costly. Also, let me say that there have been many occasions where they have offered me coupons for service when I didnt have one. To me that is really looking out for your customer. If you havent tried this shop yet then you owe it to yourself to see what they are all about. Dealing with a family business with over 60 years in business says a whole lot about them, and they have earned a customer for life. I have had both my vehicles serviced here at B&L for a while now (corvette and Ford F350), and They have always done outstanding jobs! I will continue to take my vehicles to Brad and the team at B&L as long as I own them!
