Excellent service! Very timely and thorough. I came in for just a state inspection and got so much more. They advised me of upcoming service intervals as well as checked all of my fluids to ensure everything was good. No pressure sales, only legitimate consultation. Not to mention, the workers were extremely friendly and their dedication for quality shows!

Went to B&L today for an oil change and it took about 4 hours because they had to do state inspection before they worked on my SUV to me it should before come first serve unless you have a appointment. Since this post I have went back and the service and wait time was better they have my business now.

There's a gentlemen, by the name Darin. This guy seems to know what customer service is all about. Without going too into it, I'll just say that he didn't make me feel like I was being ripped off. The environment over all was welcoming. Almost like a small town barber shop. Everyone is greeting and even interacting with you through small talk while you wait. And get this... It was my first time there. Top shelf, B&L Auto!
