This is the absolute worst auto repair shop around. I took my car here to get repaired and the guy told me it would be $120 to diagnose the car which is already more than the dealership charges. After 3 hours, I had to call back to get an answer of what they thought was going on. Then the same guy told me it was going to be almost $400 to finish the diagnoses. I thought it was only going to be $120???!!!!! It doesn't look like I was the only person this happened to based on the reviews. I called him back and argued with him stating he told me that it would cost 120, he responded telling me to get my car out of his shop and that he refused to work on it any longer. Great customer service, right? I ended up taking my car to the dealership where my bill was much cheaper. I would much rather tow/drive my car 30 miles before I took it to this shop.
B&L prides itself with the best customer service in the industry, completes regular training, and respects each and every customer that walks in our doors. We also keep phone logs of all incoming and outgoing calls so that in times such as these we can refer back to the facts on each and ever customer. Although you feel the need to leave a bad review for our services, we respect your right by all means. But, we also will respectfully decline your claims by our recordings. Sometimes vehicles have complex problems that require diagnosis, and at B&L we will always try to serve you with the best service and communication we can provide. We are sorry that your were so disappointed, but B&L believes that our Google reviews & all other from the internet will provide a true story to our 62 year family business.
