As a female, I often feel talked down to, taken advantage of, and rather confused when it comes to anything dealing with automobiles. I have been looking for a place to take my car and my mother's car, for years, where the repairs needed and the cost was explained to me, and I could ask questions about the car and be talked to the same as any other customer

B n L was a wonderful shop to get our cars fixed. Every service member was very pleasant and extremely nice.

Excellent service and professionalism

So I went today to get my engine light checked out... Turns out that I didn't close the fuel cap all the way.... Go figure.... However the b&l team noticed a few other things wrong with my vehicle and notified me about them within a few hours

I went B&L for convenience as they are right down the road but I will be going back because of the service! They were extremely pleasant and helpful! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a mechanic.

Needed to have some major repairsDone.. Had my car back on them road the next day at the exact time Darin said that I would have it..my car is running great now.I also received a ride home and a pick up the next day...I ask you Is it considered inappropriate to tell your mechanics you love them?...lol..
