Outstanding work and care on my 2003 Mercury Sable. The crew at B&L Automotive hunted down Authentic Ford parts so that my car can stay running for many years to come. I had other mechanics say the car was too old to fix because of scarcity of parts and it being an older system to work on...... But Not B&L Automotive they have some true craftsman at work in the shop. I do highly recommend this place. They are honest and up front with the problems your car is facing even if it isn't good news. I'm just happy my car is still running and the problems been fixed.

The front desk service by Liz was superior. The efficiency was stellar:the job was done when I was told it would be, communication was excellent in the form of text with easy to understand line item cost. I do think it was too expensive. For example :$338 just for diagnostic testing before any work was done seems high. Also $40 credit card convenience fee? 4.5 stars with 0.5 deducted for cost.

What impress me most was the transparency and honesty. I went in thinking a had one issue and was prepared to pay a far more substantial amount than I ended up having to. The tech was upfront and forthcoming about what the problem was and once the business side of things were worked out they delivered my vehicle a day early. They could've easily taken my money but decided not to and to be transparent and honest. Those type of morals will always allow for me to do business with them.

Hands down the best mechanic shop in the entire Hampton Roads area!!!!! Liz and Brian are so amazing. The owner Brad is great, and they are honest with your vehicle. Everything costs the same for everyone. So don't be afraid to take your higher end vehicles there! Tell them William sent you 😊 ✌🏼 Costco members get a discount and most parts are warrantied as well!!!!!
