On Saturday, August 24th, my mercury mountaineer blew the radiator. I was on my way to drop off my daughter at college and then to Busch Gardens. I live in Chesapeake, so I was no where close to home. I made a few calls and B&L said they could have it done by the time they closed at 2. I dropped off my vehicle and then went to Busch Gardens with my wife and daughter. I called right before I entered the park about 1:30 ( I do not take my cell phone with me inside ) and they told me they were having problems with getting my radiator out and that it might be Monday before I can get it back. I still had my daughters refrigerator, bike and some posters still in my vehicle that we needed to get up to the college. I figured worse case, I would have to drive back to Newport News Monday and get my car then, and drop off the stuff for my daughter. After being in the park all day, I got back to my daughters car and checked my messages... B&L had stayed late and finished my vehicle so I could continue on with my original plan. I then picked up my car and went to the college and all was good.Thank you B&L for a job well done and keeping me on schedule!!!!!
