Can’t say enough good things about Liz. There are a few things to be aware of… the diagnostic charge doesn’t go toward the bill, and they’ll double the tow bill if you have them call for you. Don’t trust anything Brian the service manager has to say, but Liz is a gem

Very sweet and patient and helped every step of the way as far as setting up getting my car towed to the location and getting looked at and fixed. Highly recommend. Will use their services again if needed.

Liz was amazing to work with! Every step of the way she was explaining everything going on and worked to get a part my car needed quickly. My car was towed in on a Sunday evening (my appointment for diagnostics was scheduled for Tuesday) and was fixed and ready to go by Thursday night!

I was very impressed with B&L. The staff was very friendly. I was scheduled to come in on a Saturday and was planning on dropping my car off for a safety inspection Friday evening. Instead they took care of me Friday evening and I was in and out within 30 minutes and no longer had to come back Saturday. I will definitely be back
