They were very informative on the questions I had and fixed the problem without screwing me over or trying to swindle anything. They also had a one year “warranty” on my service so that if anything happened to the parts they fixed it would be a free service the second time

Five stars are not enough! These folks really stepped up and went above and beyond for me when my vehicle broke down and left me stranded. I really didn't think service and concern for the customer still existed but it is #1 with B&L. I can't thank them enough!

Best customer service I have ever received from anywhere. They were very honest and helpful. I highly recommend them if you need work done on your vehicle. The lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Lize went way out of her way to help me out and couldn't have been nicer!!

My 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport seemed to have some issues with the transmission. I took it to B&L Automotive to have it checked out. After doing a diagnostic test, I received a call from Liz that I would need a new transmission. My car is still under a Limited Lifetime warranty, so after several conversations with the warranty company by Liz, Brian and myself a new transmission was sent to B&L Automotive to replace the old one. I was kept up to date about the progress of the transmission replacement. I now have my car back and it is running well. I appreciate all the work, time and patience put in to get this problem fixed. Thank you to everyone at B&L Automotive!
