Engine blew on 64 unexpectedly on a Saturday afternoon. Mechanics went right into the parking lot to see if they could help or diagnose straight away. Gave me real news about the status of the car, and were wholly fair and transparent on pricing along with next steps. I have used B & L in the past and my experience has been positive. No one wants to make expensive repairs on a car, but, if service and repairs are needed it’s good to get an honest assessment of the issues, how serious they are, and what the cost will be.
