No one wants to make expensive repairs on a car, but, if service and repairs are needed it’s good to get an honest assessment of the issues, how serious they are, and what the cost will be. Always was informative and transparent with information about my vehicle. Never had an issues and took good care of my needs when it came to the maintenance on my INFINITI. Brakes and rotor lifetime guarantee. Master tech took his time to drive my vehicle to listen to what the issue was and did his best to diagnose the problem.
