Brian and Liz are fantastic customer friendly service representatives. They thoroughly explain the work needing to be done. They are good at categorizing what needs to be done right away, and what can what. They are very honest in explaining when they cannot pin point a specific cause of something that appears to need attention. Service engine soon light was on and truck was stalling. They did a thorough diagnostic inspection and determined the crank shaft position sensor was faulty. Problem resolved for far less than a dealer would charge. They were extremely helpful and professional. I will use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

From the first call, I felt very comfortable with the staff there, they gave me the information on what was wrong with the car and how much the cost would be. Excellent customer service.

Took my Honda CRV, that had been regularly serviced somewhere else, in because my old normal place was giving me the run around and nickel and dime’ing me. Liz was able to get me in quickly, communicating at all times and gave me a great deal for the transmission issues I was having. I can’t speak highly enough about my dealings with this mechanic shop. Was able to fix the problem and have my car back on the road expediently.

The staff was helpful and understanding and made a noticeable effort to complete the service quickly and completely. Reasonable prices and friendly people make this a great shop to do business!
