Had a new rim and tire that I needed to be put together and I had no appointments with them and they did it without any hesitation and it literally took like 5 minutes. The customer service was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.

not sure yet i have to wait a few days to determine if the fix worked. if the car starts in four days then the repair was perfect in the past i have no problems with service

They kept us informed throughout the process and actually got our vehicle a day earlier than expected.

It was a great experience. I was approached and had my de-airing tire assessed immediately. The service after that was great!

I love this place. Brian is always super helpful and very knowledgeable. Went in for a car inspection and it was super quick. Needed two bulbs put in and he let me know what I needed and it was done quickly. I will definitely go back for any vehicle issues.

Service was EXCELLENT, timely and the staff went above and beyond to fit me in. Even had service to pick up my wife while I was out of town (Truck Driver). Liz and Brian are awesome 😎

All work was done properly. Clearly explained what was wrong and how to fix it. All estimates sent toe via email. Showed pics of issues. Ride to and from. Prices very reasonable. Very professional. A pain free experience. Will be back again.

I cannot say enough kind things about the staff and service. I know they could only do so much to comfort me in regards to my vehicle. It was Very stressful to deal with, but they were so kind and shared the same frustration as I about the whole situation. I really enjoyed everything from the service starting with the first phone call with Liz. I was immediately comfortable with them dealing with the car just with talking to her from the get go. They really went above and beyond and they are so friendly and funny. I’ll use them in the future without hesitation and recommend them. Clean property, friendly staff, professional, consistent, knowledgeable, extra perks, easy to get to off the interstate.

My engine was ruined and I had to go to 3 different auto shops including a dealership to figure out what was wrong with my car. B&L helped me identify the mistakes the other auto shops made and tried to save me as much money as possible rather than charge me crazy amounts like the dealership would have, Every time I spoke to someone I felt listened to and I felt that they really cared about me and making me feel comfortable after having trust issues with auto shops. They were patient with me making my decisions and collaborated with me through the entire process! Will definitely continue to bring my car to them for my auto needs.
