I cannot say enough about the great service and help I received at B and L. I almost had an accident on I 64 due to break in tire and I was able to get safely to their location. Brian immediately came outside to help me and gave me all options and great advice. He ordered tires at a very reasonable price and a discount on the alignment that my car desperately needed. Everything was taken care of by the next business day and their kindness and professionalism was wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone ! Great service all the way around.

Arrived early for my appointment. The front desk was doing an excellent job getting me signed in. The wheel alignment was started just minutes after I had been signed in. Waited only about 30 to 45 minutes for all work and road test were completed. Checked out and payed my bill with no issues. The whole experience was great. Excellent customer service.
