My engine was ruined and I had to go to 3 different auto shops including a dealership to figure out what was wrong with my car. B&L helped me identify the mistakes the other auto shops made and tried to save me as much money as possible rather than charge me crazy amounts like the dealership would have, Every time I spoke to someone I felt listened to and I felt that they really cared about me and making me feel comfortable after having trust issues with auto shops. They were patient with me making my decisions and collaborated with me through the entire process! Will definitely continue to bring my car to them for my auto needs.

Work was done in an expedited manner. I was pleased. It was a little pricey, but I received a discount. Liz was excellent and thorough.

They are amazing. They did the work in less than a day and called me before they had to replace the battery to find the short in the electrical system. Well worth it. I am very pleased with the repair costs.
