Always was informative and transparent with information about my vehicle. Never had an issues and took good care of my needs when it came to the maintenance on my INFINITI. Brakes and rotor lifetime guarantee. Master tech took his time to drive my vehicle to listen to what the issue was and did his best to diagnose the problem.

The B&L Team was extremely professional and treated me like family. I called to see if they had time to give me a state inspection when I was 6 minutes away. They told me to come right in! 7 minutes later, they took my truck back to be inspected! Outstanding!! They were quick, and their customer service was A+!

First off, I'm not one to leave reviews, but I do recommend B&L Automotive. I previously went to another automotive place and they couldn't find out what the problem was. Liz is great and down to earth, also Drew (Thank you for your service sir) helped me diagnosed my issue(s). I believe I found my automotive shop while here in the Hampton Roads, thanks you guys for your help and knowledge.
