The only negative was the appointment scheduling function with the website was a little confusing and frustrating up front but the front desk staff quickly overcame that issue with direct texts and phone calls for coordination.

I took my 2004 Toyota Corolla in because it was making a lot of noise, running rough. The timing belt and wheel bearing were replaced. The car is running quiet and smooth again. I was impressed and satisfied.

Thanks to the honesty of this company, I was saved a significant amount of money and avoided an unnecessary repair.

Liz was the epitamy of great customer service. Best experience I have had in decades, I feel extremely comfortable with my service and will only use B&L for the rest of my existence. I feel they easily could have gauged my wallet but they did exactly and only service to repair only what was broken when other services wanted to replace more than what was needed. I have never felt this comfortable with any service I have ever had.........THAK You so much...
