Staff very friendly. Seem to get a fair assessment during State Inspections unlike the tire stores.

My serpentine belt broke and needed a fast turnaround due to an upcoming trip. You guys took care of me with a one day service. Job well done. Lady at the front desk had the best customer service I've ever experienced. What a sweetheart! You have gained a new customer.

Had a really nice experience during my first time visiting B&L. After being jerked around by another auto shop and a dealership, B&L thoroughly determined I didn’t need a very expensive repair, and personally contacted a different dealership to ensure my issue was taken care of. I can’t thank them enough! Will definitely return for any future maintenance.

They were friendly and didn't treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Listened to me about other things that are wrong and tried to help out there too. They didn't replace anything that wasn't broken -- my bill could have been a lot more!!

I had a Vehicle State Inspection done with B&L auto. 2 tires needed to be replaced and were not in stock so they told me it would take a couple hours but will be done that day. Couple hours go by and I get a call saying that the place they were getting the tires from didn’t have them in stock so that need to order them then ship them to the shop. Instead of saying whoops oh well they went out of their way and found a place that had the tires in stock and they knocked everything out that day no extra charge than what they quoted me on the tires. I highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Amazing service. Went to them after getting an obscene quote from a local competitor, and they were significantly cheaper with a much better experience. Would definitely recommend them!

Very friendly staff. Everything was transparent and explained thoroughly. Confirmation email is great and wish more mechanics would utilize something similar.
