This is my second review of B&L Automotive. They are a consistent, efficient and friendly company. Liz (the Chief Adminstrator) continues to be the company's secret weapon. She has exceptional "people skills." Appears to be a tireless worker devoted to this company and the client base in equal order. Brian (another Administrator) is the consummate professional with a passion for getting it done right. I have also been fortunate to meet the unassuming owner. He is personable and accessible if you're lucky enough to converse with him on the rare occasion he's on site. I can always count on their mechanics to be knowledgeable and thorough when working on my car. They deserve your business and you deserve their service when your auto is in need of some TLC.

I had to get my mode actuator for A/C replaced. I am happy with the work and I was told what would happen step by step. Brian really helped me out and I really appreciated his help. Liz was very pleasant on the phone and in person. I would recommend them.

They helped me out with a repair on my window on a holiday weekend when they weren’t supposed to be open. So friendly and really understanding that we were from out of town and in a pinch. Thanks so much for helping us to get home safely!

I went there for a wheel alignment on my 93 Honda Del Sol. The steering wheel was off center. The staff was friendly and professional. The most important part is the steering wheel is now centered properly and the car drives straight and true.

B&L’s customer service is unmatched! Outstanding service. I called with a spongy brake pedal and due to the emergency, they seen me same day for analysis and repair. Thank you!
