Liz was the epitamy of great customer service. Best experience I have had in decades, I feel extremely comfortable with my service and will only use B&L for the rest of my existence. I feel they easily could have gauged my wallet but they did exactly and only service to repair only what was broken when other services wanted to replace more than what was needed. I have never felt this comfortable with any service I have ever had.........THAK You so much...

Had a really nice experience during my first time visiting B&L. After being jerked around by another auto shop and a dealership, B&L thoroughly determined I didn’t need a very expensive repair, and personally contacted a different dealership to ensure my issue was taken care of. I can’t thank them enough! Will definitely return for any future maintenance.
