10/10 experience! I was originally assisted by “Liz” who helped me get the repairs I needed, after a HORRIBLE experience with my previous shop. Liz & Bryan have AMAZING customer service. They are thorough & efficient. Throughout my experience, I felt like a priority & they show exceptional concern for ALL their customers.
The front desk lady is very helpful with scheduling and has a good personality. But I scheduled to have my rotors changed and expected the materials to be there when my dropped my car off. There was no communication that the part wasnt there and it took 2 days to get it fixed due to delay in parts. I am ok with the delay but I would rather get the appointment scheduled after the parts arrive so it doesnt take as long and I am not without a vehicle for as long. Or if they knew the parts were delayed to let me know so we could reschedule. The rotors and brake pads were changed and they did a great job with that.
