The place is proffesionally clean and organized . I like the fact that they send you visuals of what they have inspected of the car and recommendations of what needs serviced through phone. Good Job on B&L crew. It's good to have a local automotive repair shop nearby with the above mentioned and at reasonable prices.

B and L automotive had me in and out paying a decent price to get my blend door fixed for my hvac unit. Bryan and the receptionist(sorry I forgot her name) were really informative and had great customer service. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. They attack your automobile's issue and have you going on your way and if you need a ride home while your vehicle is being serviced, they will provide it for you. I highly recommend this business to anyone in the Newport News and Hampton area.

Great place, went in for a repair and they helped me tremendously with other things that needed work. Kept me in the loop the whole time and I never felt pressured to do anything which is hard to come by with car repairs. You guys are awesome!

Folk, it's a great automotive place as they tell you exactly what you need for your vehicle, what's important now and later. With the manager Brad, front desk-sweet Liz, and the rest of the crew, they always been good for me and my family. I'm truly glad they have helped me till this day with all my automotive problems, cause without them, I honestly don't know where I would be. If you are looking for a automotive repair shop, look...no...further. B&L is the place to be.

The belt tensioner failed and B+L replaced it with no problems in a timely manner. First rate service and repair. Highly recommended. This wasn't my first experience with B+L and it is always a pleasure. Their work is done reliably and correctly.
