I went there for a wheel alignment on my 93 Honda Del Sol. The steering wheel was off center. The staff was friendly and professional. The most important part is the steering wheel is now centered properly and the car drives straight and true.

The place is proffesionally clean and organized . I like the fact that they send you visuals of what they have inspected of the car and recommendations of what needs serviced through phone. B and L automotive had me in and out paying a decent price to get my blend door fixed for my hvac unit. Bryan and the receptionist(sorry I forgot her name) were really informative and had great customer service. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. They attack your automobile's issue and have you going on your way and if you need a ride home while your vehicle is being serviced, they will provide it for you. I highly recommend this business to anyone in the Newport News and Hampton area.

Great place, went in for a repair and they helped me tremendously with other things that needed work. Kept me in the loop the whole time and I never felt pressured to do anything which is hard to come by with car repairs. You guys are awesome!
