There need to be 15 Stars, I was desperately sear hung the web for a honest shop, to help me. Being a Female we get taken for granted so often and this was my case. I chose B&L called them received a very kind and warm feeling. Went to the shop I received the same feeling told my story they are a God send for me. I wish I had gone to them first. I was impressed with Liz the Service Advisor at B&L Automotive. She went out of her way to explain everything that needed to be done on my car. She was very thorough and really cared about the customer. I find it much easier to speak with a woman about my car. Liz is an asset and I will go back for the excellent customer service.

After taking my Nissan to the dealership, $2,900.00 and 3 weeks of waiting for repairs and parts my vehicle started the day I picked it up and the battery light come on like it had been doing and it once again it was back with the same problem, something was draining the battery and it would not start again, they told me there was nothing else they could do............Well...I spoke to a friend who recommended B&L and GUESS WHAT? They fixed it in a couple of day's and so far it has been continuously running even better than it ever has before.. This was around Thanksgiving and everthing is still going great. B & L is a Godsend...... THANKS FOR BEING THERE AND SAVING ME FROM ANOTHER DAY OF WORRY AND MONEY...GREAT JOB TO YOU ALL AND MERRY X-MAS.

Quick , Reliable and Honest

B&L was ready for me at my exact appointment time, and they worked on my car quickly while I was on my lunch break. They were able to patch my tire, saving me from having to purchase a new one since the tread was still good. I was very impressed.
