B&L automotive has no shame. We took our car to them for one issue and they addressed everything but that. When they “repaired “ it for more than a thousand dollars, taking a 19 year olds hard earned money, it left the shop and not ten minutes later it overheated. B&L’s servicer Brian confused this car with another and stated we declined service that they never suggested. Calling later, Liz, the manager stated she would address it and fix the radiator that was POURING fluid after its stay at their facility. A day later Brian states that the owner refuses to fix it . They couldn’t have driven the car nor has any of the paperwork given have any diagnostic on the radiator which they claim was not “that bad” upon arrival. Do not send your sister, mother, wife or woman you care about to B&L. They have refused to do anything about this after fixing tie rod ends for 1000 but the radiator is dead now because of their deceit and negligence. They have in turn refused to post this review on their website. Disgusting.
