Had one of me service trucks blow a tire,, Called them for a tow,Talked to Liz very helpful. Had a wrecker there right away. GREAT SERVICE,, Thank you

They were able to fix my oil change that another company had messed up. They did a great job documenting and taking pictures for me to get a full refund for the damages.

Burn your money instead! I had to give a star they don’t deserve that! You’ll have to repair your repairs, call the BBB and the AG and Commonwealth because B&L automotive has no shame. We took our car to them for one issue and they addressed everything but that. When they “repaired “ it for more than a thousand dollars, taking a 19 year olds hard earned money, it left the shop and not ten minutes later it overheated. B&L’s servicer Brian confused this car with another and stated we declined service that they never suggested. Calling later, Liz, the manager stated she would address it and fix the radiator that was POURING fluid after its stay at their facility. A day later Brian states that the owner refuses to fix it . They couldn’t have driven the car nor has any of the paperwork given have any diagnostic on the radiator which they claim was not “that bad” upon arrival. Do not send your sister, mother, wife or woman you care about to B&L. They have refused to do anything about this after fixing tie rod ends for 1000 but the radiator is dead now because of their deceit and negligence. They have in turn refused to post this review on their website. Disgusting.

Liz was great!! Professional and willing to help with all questions and concerns, Brian took care of my car. Will be taking my bimmer back for maintenance I don’t have time or tools to do my self. In addition I feel they were welcoming, honest and they have my trust in doing business with them in the future

They saved me over 1200.00 dollars by doing a second diagnostic after a dealership had done their own. The dealership said I needed new compressor but wasn’t true just needed charged with Freon. Thanks B&L for your honest approach to every job!!
