The service was great and friendly, however I don't think you should be charged a diagnostic fee if they can't repair the problem, it should be complementary, because I still have to pay for another diagnostic fee at the dealer to have the repair done. It supposed to go towards the repair cost if done at that location.

Highly recommend this quality service. Absolutely you can find cheaper rates for services performed. But, you will not get same peace of mind. This company not only did the repairs in the time and amount stated, they went above and beyond. They inspected every aspect of the vehicle, to include front back and side photographs. A detailed report of the vehicle was sent to me via email. As they found no issue with the vehicle, other than my initial need… I will testify to the honesty of this company and have no reserve in recommending them to the highest degree. From initial service call to vehicle pickup top notch all the way around.
