I came here because the return line on the power steering system was damaged, from a oil change I had done a valvoline. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful at first. I brought my car here on a Saturday, and was supposed to get it back no later than that following Tuesday. I didn’t get my car back until a week later. Guess they had issues getting the part, but that isn’t my issue. My issue is, they wasn’t keeping me informed of anything. I had to call every day, in order to get an update. Also the young lady at the front desk told me they would provide pictures and a write up of what they found. So I would be able to take that information back to valvoline. She also stated she would look into my manufactures warranty but I never heard anything back.
