The people working there were all very friendly and helpful. They caught an issue with my belt, and showed me what was wrong and explained it to me before they did anything, which I really appreciated. It took a few hours for everything to get done, but I’d rather it took a while and it get done right, which it was. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is just that I wish the people working there were a bit more consistent with wearing their masks. That was the only part of my experience I had any issue with. I’ll probably be going back if I need any other work done on my car

B&L Automotive did an excellent job on the alignment of my wife's 2007 Jeep Compass. Furthermore, they answered some mechanic questions that aided me in my continuous preventative maintenance as I perform work on my vehicles. The front counter employees were very nice and helpful and the mechanics in the back knew their job very well. I highly recommend B&L Automotive in Newport News, Virginia.

I went in for a safety inspection, everything was explained to me and I was updated throughout the inspection. Great conversation. I will continue to use their service for my inspections and any questions I would have about my vehicle. 5 out of 5 stars.

I came here because the return line on the power steering system was damaged, from a oil change I had done a valvoline. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful at first. I brought my car here on a Saturday, and was supposed to get it back no later than that following Tuesday. I didn’t get my car back until a week later. Guess they had issues getting the part, but that isn’t my issue. My issue is, they wasn’t keeping me informed of anything. I had to call every day, in order to get an update. Also the young lady at the front desk told me they would provide pictures and a write up of what they found. So I would be able to take that information back to valvoline. She also stated she would look into my manufactures warranty but I never heard anything back.
